INTEX Hero mobile
New Delhi: Intex Technologies has launched a new mobile handset to cater the need of the rural people in India. INTEX Hero would be available at a price tag of Rs. 2999/.
“Out of the total subscriber base for mobile phones, more than a quarter comes from rural India. INTEX Hero promises to address their basic needs of convenience and communication,” Sanjay Kumar, DGM-Telecom, Intex Technologies.
The phone comes with 45 days stand-by battery life, so people would be able to talk, even they don’t have power.
When at full charge, the battery gives a talk time of 9 hours. Not only this, it can work as a torch for almost 24 hours, the company said in its press release.
The handset comes with, FM radio, camera, expandable memory, MP3 audio player and 1000 contacts phonebook memory.
