Windows7: Few Tips

Mumbai: Many people have queries regarding ever changing technology. Let us answer a few of them here.
Tip 1: Microsoft is offering Windows 7 upgrade for a 58% off. But be careful with the cath there. You also have to buy a Windows 7 machine and it must run it must already run Windows Home Premium, Professional or Ultimate. The discount is for an upgrade on a second machine. The deal is valid only until 2 Jan, 2010.
Tip 2: If you would like to enter several destinations viz multidestination in a GPS unit, numerous units will let you do this. When you enter a destination the device will guide you according to the order entered.
You can also have multidestination routing with route optimization. The most efficient route would be calculated.
Tip 3: If you are using Apple’s Mail application and do not prefer to write with the background as blank, go for Stationery. Start composing a message, click Show Stationery and it will display a list of templates.
These templates have colorful backgrounds and images. Each has a title and body text box. Click on either and start writing.
You can also drag and drop and replace the stock photos with your own.
