Sony Ericsson goes eco-friendly way!

Mumbai: Cell phone maker Sony Ericsson has recently launched the eco-friendly Sony Ericsson Elm phone in the Indian market.

The company has claimed in a release that the phone is environment friendly and would help in reducing carbon dioxide emissions. It also announced to make all phone accessories green compliant by 2011.
It comes with a 5.0-mega pixel autofocus camera phone, volume adoptation and Bluetooth Noise Shield.
At the same time it has Handsfree VH700, which blocks the background noise and helps the users to hear a clear voice.
Not only this, it comes with the E-manual. The phone is made with recycled plastics, free from chemicals, and a low power consumption charge, the company claims.
